Flourish By Taryn: C.A.R.E Portal Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or accessing the C.A.R.E. Portal from Flourish By Taryn, you agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Purpose Only

The C.A.R.E. Portal is designed for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute or replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified health professional before making changes to your health routine.

2. Ownership + Access

All content within the portal, including videos, resources, downloads, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Flourish By Taryn. Access to the portal is for your personal use only. Sharing login details, downloading content for redistribution, or using these materials in your own programs is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

3.Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All original content within the C.A.R.E. Portal — including but not limited to videos, audio files, lesson materials, workbooks, PDFs, frameworks, brand language, course structure, and visual assets — is the intellectual property of Flourish By Taryn and is protected under copyright law.

Some resources included in the portal (such as research citations, external links, or licensed templates) are not owned by Flourish By Taryn. These have been credited appropriately and used in alignment with educational fair use or licensing permissions.

By purchasing or accessing this program, you agree to the following:

You are granted personal, non-transferable, non-commercial use of all materials.
You may not resell, distribute, reproduce, or use these materials in your own paid programs or platforms.
Any unauthorized use of original or credited materials is considered a violation of copyright and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws and your membership being terminated. Should you wish to use resources/tools from the C.A.R.E Portal that are the Intellectual Property of Flourish By Taryn, please contact us directly at taryndarlow@flourishbytaryn.com for your request to be reviewed.

3. Payments & Refunds
Founding Member Access:
The current $199 AUD price is a one-time payment for early access to the C.A.R.E. Portalas a founding member. You will retain lifetime access to the content available at the time of your purchase.

Future Membership Model:
After the founding member period closes, access to the C.A.R.E. Portal™ will shift to an annual membership model.

New members will be charged an annual fee (amount subject to change)
Membership fees will be automatically processed via Stripe each year unless cancelled prior to renewal

Important Note for Founding Members:
As a founding member, you will not be charged again. This one-time payment secures your lifetime access to the content available at time of purchase.

For future members:
By enrolling, you authorize Flourish By Taryn to charge your selected payment method on a recurring annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Privacy Policy

What We Collect:

Name and email address when you enroll or join the waitlist
Payment information securely processed via Stripe (we do not store your payment data)

How We Use It:

To deliver your course materials and communicate with you
To send relevant updates, content, and offers related to the C.A.R.E. Portal™
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails

Data Security:

We use trusted platforms like Systeme.io and Stripe to protect your data.

Your Rights:
